Service Description
Coaching over 4 sessions includes Goal setting & Leadership plan, as well as: Progress tracking: regular coaching sessions provide opportunities to track your progress and adjust your strategies. Goals might need to be refined or altered as you gather more information and experience, and multiple sessions allow for this ongoing assessment. Skill development: If your goals involve skill development, practice and refinement are key. Multiple sessions provide the time needed to practice new skills, receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments. Accountability: Regular sessions provide a sense of accountability. Knowing that you'll be reporting your progress to your coach can motivate you to stay on track and put in the necessary effort between sessions. Feedback and Reflection: Regular feedback from a coach helps you see your progress objectively and identify areas that need improvement. Moreover, the time between sessions allows you to reflect on your actions, insights, and changes, which can enhance your learning and growth.
Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a coaching session. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in no refund being given. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your coaching session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, no refund will apply. However, with notice, we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your booking fee will be applied to future coaching sessions.
