Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a coaching session. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in no refund being given. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your coaching session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, no refund will apply. However, with notice, we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your booking fee will be applied to future coaching sessions.
